Russell Wee graduated with highest honours from the University of Warwick, CEMS, and the London School of Economics, and began his career in M&A at EY-Parthenon, where he was among the firm's youngest dealmakers. He currently serves as a Director at Jean Yip Developments, a PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards winner for Best Landed Developer (Singapore) and Best Developer (Japan). There, he manages two mandates: multi-asset portfolio allocation and direct real estate investments. Russell is also a Director of Jean Yip Group, Singapore's leading hair, beauty, and wellness brand, and serves as the Country President of Intercoiffure Mondial Singapore. A regular contributor to leading industry publications and speaker at international conferences on real estate investing, family office strategy, and next-generation leadership, Russell was most recently featured in Vistra Fund Solutions' Friction Index 2025 and as a closing speaker at SuperReturn Japan 2025.
